Top One Way to Make It Happen...
We are an association of home owners, property owners, and residents of neighborhoods bounded by the south side of Pacific Street on the North, East to include 29th Street, South to Ed Creighton Blvd and West including the east side of 33rd Street.
Our purpose is to promote the safety and stability of our part of Omaha. We're an economically diverse group with a dynamic big city mix of family homes, traditional apartments and affordable housing. We recognize that our neighborhoods along with our quality of life and property values should be nurtured and protected.
What a Strong Neighborhood Association Can Accomplish
Fellowship
You are not alone. A neighborhood association is a place to share information about concerns on your block and look for help with solutions.
United Voice
Add more squeak to the wheel. A sustained, concerted effort by a group of people with common needs has a better chance of getting the attention of various city departments. The citys resources are often overextended and allocated to the areas that attract attention.
Direct Action
Do it yourself. An effective and growing neighborhood association can become a non-profit center that will attract and distribute resources for neighborhood revitalization. Your ideas are welcome. Join the FBNA.
Ford Birthsite Neighborhood Association meetings are held on the last Tuesday of each month. Please contact us for more information.
